So I am in a preparation stage. I attended a newcomers OA meeting I have the ‘real meeting’ tomorrow night. My friends, family members and workout buddies have been informed I an going for it again. Two weeks ago, I went to my hematologist to get my blood work up and he recommended an iron IV so I did that last week. I also have been eating things I won’t be after I start. I think of Thursday as D day and so I am conciously eating in I way I will not be after. I think its called last supper syndrom.
I stepped on the scale yesterday at the gym.
The heighest I have been since 2001. Including my heighest pregnancy weight.
Yes I am ready.
