2:45 S  1/2 cup cottage cheese 4 oz peach 32 pistachios

6:00 D 3. oz scallops 1 cup of brussel sprout and onions 3 oz sweet potato 2 tsp butter

9:00 S 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4 oz bananas
