12:30 L  2.5 chicken .5 oz cheese 1/2 cup peppers and onions 1 cup mixed lettuce greens 1/2 cup corn 2oz avocado

3:30 S 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4 oz pear32 pistachios

6:00 D 3 oz fish 1 cup of green beans and peppers and onions 3oz sweet potato 2 tsp butter

9:00 S 1/2 cottage cheese 4 oz banana
