B 1 egg 1oz cheese 1/2 whole wheat English muffin 1oz avocado 1 cup milk

S 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4oz berries 32 pistachios

L 2.5 shrimp .5 oz cheese 1/2 cup peppers and onions 1 cup mixed lettuce greens 1/4 salsa  1 small  wheat tortilla 2oz avocado

S 6oz greek yogurt 4oz berries  32 pistachios

D 3 oz hamburger 1 cup bok choy and onions 3oz sweet potato 2 tsp butter

S 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4oz berries

    • Well the only reason I am consistant at all is because I have to plan out my meals in advance and commit them to a sponsor. If this was not a requirment of my program I would never know what I was going to eat everday and and it would be so mood detriminant and for me to choose foods based on what I am in the mood for is bad. I am never in the mood for foods that are good for my body.
