B 1 egg 1oz cheese 1/2 whole wheat English muffin 1oz avocado 1 cup milk

S 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4oz mango 32 pistachios

L 2.5 chicken.5 oz cheese 1/2 cup peppers and onions 1 cup mixed lettuce greens 1/4 salsa  1 small  wheat tortilla 2oz avocado

S 6oz greek yogurt 4oz berries  32 pistachios

D 3 oz salmon 1 cup mixed veggies (brocoli, cauliflower, peppers and onions) 1 small whole wheat pita 2 tsp butter

S 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4oz pear
