B 1 egg 1oz cheese 1/2 whole wheat English muffin 1oz avocado 1 cup milk

S 1/2 cup cottage cheese 4ozmango 32 pistachios

L 2.5 chicken .5 oz cheese 1/2 cup peppers and onions 1 cup mixed lettuce greens 1/4 salsa 1whole wheat tortilla 2oz avocado

S 1/2 cottage cheese 4oz mango 32 pistachio

D 3protein 2 veg 1 starch 2 fat (I maybe going out to eat or eating at a friends so I committed generics)

S 6oz yogurt 4oz banana
